Anemometer

Anemometer/Weather Vane

Rugged components stand up to hurricane-force winds, yet are sensitive to the lightest breeze. Vane is hand-balanced for optimal stability and accuracy. Sealed stainless steel ball bearings for long life.

Solar Anemometer Transmitter

Anemometer Transmitter Kit

For use with Wireless Vantage Pro2 console. Allows you to locate the anemometer up to 300 m/1000 feet away from the console/receiver. For longer distances, add one or more wireless repeaters. Kit includes transmitter inside weather-resistant shelter, solar panel, mounting hardware, and battery. Up to eight cranes can have a system installed, and not interfere with one another.

Compatible with Vantage Pro2 only.

One version in US:

  • US (United States): US version uses US radio frequency from 902 to 928 MHz on units equipped with wireless transmission. Station reports in US standard units. Includes US power adapter.
  • The transmission distance between an
    Integrated Sensor Suite and console is up to 1000’ (300 m) line of sight, or up to 600’ (180 m) through walls and
    other obstructions.

Crane Console

One version in US:

  • US (United States): US version uses US radio frequency from 902 to 928 MHz on units equipped with wireless transmission. Station reports in US standard units. Includes US power adapter.

Anemometer Mounting Hardware

  • 1- 1/4 x 6 x 6 Plate with four holes for two u-bolts (included).
  • 1- Flange bearing with set screws for locking to 1/2 in. rod.
  • All mounted on a 6 x 18 in. 16 guage plate.
  • Up to eight cranes at once.
